What this site does and does not do.
This public site does not request or store student registration information, operate user accounts, or process payments. Its hosting provider may process routine technical logs and security data under applicable policies. The site's interactive age, rank, and membership tools operate in the browser without submitting data to VLL.
No child enrollment through the public website.
Do not submit a child's personal information through informal channels. Before any student registration opens, VLL will prepare privacy notices, parent consent processes, appropriate access controls, secure record handling, and retention practices.
Standards before programs.
Proposed safeguards include adult screening, two-adult supervision, child-protection training, parent communication, clear reporting practices, and documented program procedures.
Policies will grow with the organization.
